GSA Schedule?

What Is a GSA Schedule?

The GSA Schedule (also called the Federal Supply Schedule or Multiple Award Schedule) is a long-term contract between a business and the General Services Administration (GSA) that allows federal agencies to purchase products and services at pre-negotiated, fair and reasonable prices.
It simplifies government buying by giving agencies a trusted, compliant pool of vendors they can purchase from without a competitive bid process.

How do agencies find GSA vendors?

Through official portals like GSA Advantage, GSA eLibrary, and acquisition planning tools. A well-optimized GSA schedule listing increases discoverability.

Can I modify my Schedule after award?

Yes. You can request modifications for:

  • New products or services
  • Updated pricing
  • Expanding labor categories

All modifications must comply with GSA terms.

Do I need to be a small business to qualify?

You must meet SBA size standards for your NAICS code, but Schedules are awarded to both small and large businesses depending on capability.
